The Palais de la Porte Dorée is a cultural center located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, France. The building was originally constructed for the Colonial Exposition of 1931 and today it houses two museums: the Musée National de l'Histoire de l'Immigration and the Aquarium Tropical de la Porte Dorée. The Musée National de l'Histoire de l'Immigration is dedicated to the history of immigration in France and provides an in-depth look at the experiences and contributions of immigrant populations. The Aquarium Tropical de la Porte Dorée is one of the largest tropical aquariums in Europe and is home to a variety of exotic fish and other marine life.
